University Square

Philadelphia PA The University Square apartments comprise a single 442-unit 19-story high-rise in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia. The property received 4% low-income housing tax credits to preserve the property as a senior residence.

The Potter Building

Exton PA The Potter Building is a 4-story senior residence consisting of forty-nine independent living units. To successfully integrate this new building with its surrounding up-scale community, special attention was paid to the brickwork and overall quality of the exterior detailing.

The Center at Asbury Park

Asbury Park NJ Working directly with a non-profit organization, Kitchen & Associates designed a new three-story building to serve the homeless population in Asbury Park, NJ. The first floor of the building houses offices, a commercial kitchen, and gathering spaces.

Nellie Reynolds Gardens

Philadelphia PA Nellie Reynolds Gardens is an affordable housing community designed for the Philadelphia Housing Authority. This 80,000 sf project includes 64 units for seniors, a multi-purpose community center, recreational facilities, and a full-service Adult Day Center.

Coral Street Arts House

Philadelphia PA Originally built in 1866, the conversion and adaptive reuse of this vacant 5-story factory building in the Kensington section of north Philadelphia provides 27 units of affordable housing, as well as studio facilities, for local low-income artists.
