The City of Orange NJ Harvard Printing Company is a new 4-story family mid-rise providing 128 new units (70 of which are affordable), as well as the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of an existing historic, 4-story art deco factory building into a parking facility offering 157 spaces.

Kilmer Homes I & II

Edison Township NJ A new affordable development built on the former site of the US Army’s Camp Kilmer in Middlesex County, one of nine counties most impacted by Superstorm Sandy. It offers 88 units of workforce housing and 30 units of supportive housing for homeless families.
