K&A provided full architectural and engineering services for this new student residential community located on the campus of Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. With an integrated design and careful landscaping throughout the entire complex, the apartment community consists of a total of 113 townhouse-style units, each typically home to four dormitory rooms, and accommodating a total of 464 university students.

Included in the overall program of the community, and centrally located within the site, is a new single-story student clubhouse offering a variety of student-oriented amenities, as well as three-story parking facility providing a total of 565 parking spaces.
