K&A provided comprehensive architectural, engineering and interior design services for the development of the River Edge Apartments – a 622-bed market-rate student housing community situated on a scenic downtown site along the Boise River.  Located just a few blocks from the Boise State University campus these apartments are geared towards both university students and young working professionals.  The top four floors of this five-story building will be home to 175 new apartments in two- and four-bedroom configurations.

The River Edge Apartments utilizes an open concept layout with easy-to-maintain finishes and durable furniture. Attractive millwork and bold artwork were incorporated to create a pleasing and visually engaging aesthetic environment.  Additionally, the ground floor of the new community offers a 4,000 square foot lobby and student amenity center with parking for a total of 280 vehicles.
