Various amenities provide residents with a blend of spaces for community activities and social interaction as well as personal space for respite and relaxation. They include a community room with kitchenette, exercise room, game room, library, media lounge and computer room, central laundry rooms, a garden room, meditation room, and wellness office. Exterior amenities on the wooded, 7-acre property include a gazebo, enclosed patio area, and nature trails.

The building achieved Energy Star Certification, with various sustainable design features including Energy Star labeled mechanical equipment, appliances, lighting, and windows, along with water-conserving plumbing fixtures and low VOC paints.
