Master planning services for a mixed-use development on a 173-acre site in Victoria. The proposed project includes a mix of residential, retail and commercial uses integrated into a safe, attractive, and appropriately scaled community.

Reddick Street Apartments

Franklin TN
Reddick Street offers 65 units of affordable living for families. The development also includes a centrally-located community facility offering the community gathering spaces, common laundry facilities, on-site maintenance and management offices.

The Oaks at Park Pointe

Griffin GA
The Oaks at Park Pointe public housing site in Griffin is a two phase neighborhood-wide redevelopment effort led by the Griffin Housing Authority providing 84 affordable family townhouses designed under Georgia’s Green Communities Program.

Mt. Vernon Manor Apartments

Philadelphia PA
Named a HUD Promise Zone, phase one of the rehabilitation of Mt. Vernon Manor included 75 largely vacant and dilapidated scattered-site rental apartments in the Mantua neighborhood in Philadelphia. The development is composed of a total of 9 properties in walk-up style apartments.
