Jason M. Lutz, AIA, NCARB, is a licensed architect with oversight of our Student Housing studio, leading all of the studio’s projects with a high level of professionalism, expertise, and quality. Jason has over 14 years of professional experience and possesses knowledge at all project phases and levels which allows him to consistently realize innovative and successful real-world design solutions. He has worked on a wide variety of project typologies, including Affordable, Market Rate and Senior Housing, Mixed-Use, Office/Commercial, Asset Preservation, and – his specialization – Student Housing. His commitment to Architectural design combines traditional ideas of composition, form, and craft with a readable and flexible expression of modern functionality. This has allowed Jason to emphasize a proactive response to client needs, project requirements, and the end-user experience.
Jason is a graduate of Temple University Architecture at the Tyler School of Art and is a certified member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
