Chris’ career has been influenced by his commitment and dedication to supporting the mission of K&A’s clients and the needs of the people they serve. An Associate at K&A, Chris provides a variety of architectural design and construction administration services for a range of housing and community projects. His 23-year career began with a focus on market-rate and multi-family housing for national and local development companies. When he joined K&A in 2001, he shifted his focus to affordable housing for families and senior citizens.
Chris now leads the design and construction of affordable housing for seniors and families, and neighborhood community centers. He is deeply committed to improving the lives of residents in their communities and as a result is dedicated to creating appropriate, livable spaces that support and enhance their quality of life and respond to their needs.
Chris’ love of design and architecture influences his personal time spent outside of K&A as well. He is well versed in all aspects of home renovation; especially finish carpentry, drywall/plaster work and painting and he utilized his talents to rehab and modernize his last two early 1900’s homes in Collingswood. He collects vintage and modern power tools that he uses regularly for wood-working and home renovation. He is also an automotive enthusiast and can readily recall many facts about the automotive industry.
