100 Monitor Street Breaks Ground in Jersey City NJ

One sure sign of spring is celebrating the groundbreaking for new construction projects, such as 100 Monitor Street in Jersey City, which is where K&A was on Tuesday, April 10th. Ironstate Development Co. is the lead developer in a joint venture with capital partners Brookfield Property Group and Landmark Developers to build this five-story mixed-use building offering 309 luxury rental units immediately adjacent to the Liberty Station, Park & Liberty Science Center.

In addition to some retail space, the Johnston Avenue frontage of the ground-floor will soon become the new offices of The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA). 100 Monitor Street is not only a continuation of transit-oriented development in Jersey City but is seen as a catalyst for the further realization of the Morris-Canal redevelopment vision to focus future investment in what promises to be the next ‘ to neighborhood in Jersey City.

K&A is proud to be working with this great development team, and we congratulate Ironstate, Brookfield Property Group and Landmark Developers on a revolutionizing project. (Renderings © Ironstate Development Company)
