Planning Board Unanimously Approves 100 Monitor Street

08.22.2016 — 100 Monitor Street, a five-story mixed-use development situated adjacent to Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey received unanimous approval Tuesday night from the city’s Planning Board. When complete, the project will offer 308 units of new market-rate rentals, in addition to 85 parking spots in an interior garage structure, as well as commercial office space that will be the new home of the Jersey City Redevelopment Authority. Construction is expected to commence in early 2017.
