01.08.2015 — K&A is proud to announce the election of one of our very own, Megan McGinley, to the Community Design Collaborative’s Board of Directors. Megan is a registered architect and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED®AP). Her work with the Collaborative extends back over a decade, having volunteered for a variety of projects and committees with the non-profit. Megan’s term as a director on the board will last for three years, and we are confident that her participation and contributions will further strengthen this already important community organization.

The Community Design Collaborative, based in Philadelphia, is a community design center that provides pro bono preliminary design services to nonprofit organizations throughout the greater Philadelphia area. The Collaborative offers important volunteer opportunities for design professionals, and is committed to raising awareness about the importance of design in neighborhood and community revitalization efforts.
