Since joining K&A, Daniel Garthe has been involved in the planning, design, and construction administration of numerous projects in the Northeast region. He has successfully managed a variety of projects including student housing, mixed-use and transit oriented developments, multi-family housing, healthcare facilities and parking garages.

With 20 years of experience in the Architecture and Construction industries, Mr. Garthe holds a key role as a project manager, contributing his broad technical knowledge in building systems, building and accessibility codes, and construction practices to the success of K&A’s projects.
