Mr.Finkelman has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and construction field where he administers, designs and engineers projects in the public, commercial, healthcare, and educational markets. This experience has provided Steve with an extensive resume in the design and operation of energy conservation projects, including geothermal, solar domestic hot water, thermal ice storage and other alternate energy recovery systems.

A Leader in Engineering
As Principal and Director of Engineering at Kitchen & Associates, Steve leads the firm’s Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering disciplines as well as the firm’s Energy Consulting and Commissioning practice areas. Additionally, he is always active in research and education as it relates to the smart and effective implementation of sustainable design principles, MEP system commissioning and energy conservation.
